Young Strong Mothers Foundation (YSMF) focuses on education empowering
vulnerable teenage mothers based on vocation skills. Each year YSMF empowers 200 teenage mothers by giving them life skills training and an opportunity to go back to colleges and learn various handmade skills as a way of giving them a second chance to rebuild their lost dreams and become strive women.
“The main goal is to raise $50,000 in 2020/21 to develop 1 classroom and YSMF head office where teen and young mothers will be learning without being discriminated or judged. YSMF managed to purchase 10 acres of land with the big dream of constructing a Home of Hope, Solutions, and Inspiration for young mothers and their children. With this land development, YSMF will be able to train 1000 young mothers with various income-generating skills per yea”, Said the CEO
The most challenges facing this project is:-
Lack of enough resources to support all the teen and young mothers who have registered with YSMF.Support to development constructions in our land because the fund is not allocated for construction purposes.Lack of skilled people to offer various training to the teen and young mothers voluntarily
